Shipping

Products will be sent to you in a bubble mailer through USPS. Orders are usually shipped to you within 3-5 days after fulfillment. You will receive a tracking number to follow your order until it reaches you!

Domestic Shipping

Orders will be fulfilled within 3 days of your order through USPS

International Shipping

International shipping isn't established at Gnosis Herbs yet, but keep an eye out for the future!

Returns

Your satisfaction is important! If your package reaches you damaged or less than fresh, please let me know. I will make it right. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your package, no exceptions.

Initiating Returns

Send me an email at hello@gnosisherbs.com with the subject line: Return. Please include a photo of your damaged product, or a specific description of your issue. Depending on the situation a replacement product will be sent or a store credit will be issued shortly. Outcomes are determined on a case by case basis. No refunds are offered at this time.
